Among them, employees in departments upgraded to 17 salaries this year, those with an annual performance rating of A+ will receive a year-end bonus of 8 times their monthly salary, which amounts to a total of 20 salaries for the year; employees with an annual performance rating of A will receive a year-end bonus of 6.5 times their monthly salary, totaling 18.5 salaries for the year; employees with an annual performance rating of B+ will receive a year-end bonus of 5 times their monthly salary, totaling 17 salaries for the year; employees with an annual performance rating of B- will receive a year-end bonus of 3 times their monthly salary.
