On December 23, Gelonghui reported that Hunan Lead Power Technology Group (300530.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Notice of Loan Exemption" and a "Notice of Loan Interest Exemption" issued by its creditor and controlling shareholder, Hunan Hengpa Power Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hengpa Power"). Hengpa Power has decided to waive the company's loan principal of 0.28 billion yuan and the accumulated loan interest of 49.6 million yuan generated from loans to Hengpa Power up to December 2024. The company's subsidiary, Hunan Lead Lithium Energy Co., Ltd., and Hunan Lead New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. recently received a "Notice of Waiver of Rent" from the lessor, Hengyang Hongxin Construction Investment Co., Ltd., stating that Hongxin Construction has decided to waive the rent of 22 million yuan for Hunan Lead's leasing of its factory and equipment, and waive the rent of 1 million yuan for the Lead Research Institute's leasing of its factory. The above-mentioned waiver of debt principal, interest, and rent is unilateral, unconditional, irrevocable, and will not allow the company to bear or fulfill any responsibilities or obligations related to the aforementioned after the waiver takes effect.
