FREETECH (06888.HK) announced that it signed a new construction contract with a new contractor last Friday (20th) for the Architecture Engineering of parcels 04-05 and 04-06 in Jiangxinzhou, Jianye District, Nanjing City, with a contract amount of 0.258 billion yuan.

According to the new construction contract, the new contractor is responsible for civil engineering, including pile foundations, Steel structure engineering, drainage engineering, as well as the installation of water, electricity, gas, fire-fighting equipment, and HVAC, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
