On December 20, Gelonghui reported that Qipai Technology (688216.SH) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Liang Dazhong, informing that he signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Xinda Securities Aggregate No. 2 on December 18, 2024. Mr. Liang intends to transfer 5.36 million of the company's freely tradable shares without restrictions, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital, to Xinda Securities Aggregate No. 2 through this agreement. The transfer price for the shares is set at 18.14 yuan per share (not lower than the lower limit of the stock's block trade price range on the date of this agreement), totaling 97,230,400.00 yuan (including tax).

The controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Liang Dazhong, is reducing his shareholding to support the funding needs for the development of the listed company. He has committed to lend all the funds obtained from the tax payment on the transferred shares to the listed company or its controlling subsidiaries, with an interest rate not exceeding the benchmark loan interest rate set by the People's Bank of China for the same period, for a period of no less than one year. According to the production and operation needs of the company or its controlling subsidiaries, additional loans will be provided to meet their funding requirements, with the interest rate for these additional loans also not exceeding the benchmark loan interest rate set by the People's Bank of China for the same period.
