On December 20, Glorious Holdings announced that after considering the recommendations of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, it has resolved to recommend the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants ("Deloitte") as the auditor for the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with the term lasting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the company's extraordinary general meeting through an ordinary resolution in accordance with the company's articles of association.
