On December 20, 2023, according to the overall planning and development guidance for the Qiantang New District in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Toka Ink (688571.SH) announced that the Development Command of the Eastern Bay New City in Hangzhou intends to negotiate the acquisition of the land use rights for the company's total area of 86,653 square meters located at No. 5 Street (South) Baiyang Street, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou, along with the legal and compliant buildings covering an area of 63,632.27 square meters, as well as structures and attachments. The total compensation for this relocation amounts to 388.9633 million yuan. The Board of Directors has agreed for the company to sign a "Non-Residential Property Relocation Compensation Agreement" with the Development Command of the Eastern Bay New City in Hangzhou regarding this matter.
