On December 20, Gelonghui reported that Shanghai Chuangli Group (603012.SH), as a domestic provider and service provider focused on intelligent complete equipment for coal machinery, has engaged in various joint research and development projects with Huawei's Oil & Gas Mining Corps. The aim is to establish a long-term development goal for equipment intelligence based on the integrated framework of "Perception - Cognition - Decision - Execution." Solutions such as video remote control of integrated mining faces, MEMS inertial navigation for alignment, anomaly detection, and linkage of three machines have become part of Shanghai Chuangli Group's pre-integrated assembly for mining equipment. On December 16, 2024, the company's subsidiary, Zhejiang Shangchuang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. This will further consolidate Shanghai Chuangli Group's capabilities in mining equipment and jointly release a large AI model for mining equipment, leveraging Huawei's strengths in AI and Digital Twin development platforms for deeper collaboration. The goal is to create a new generation of intelligent mining equipment that integrates "Mining Equipment + AI Algorithms + Applications." In integrated mining faces, Shanghai Chuangli Group and Huawei have planned 62 AI scenarios based on Machine Vision and predictions, with both parties aiming to gradually refine these scenarios over the next two years; further planning will also take place in tunneling faces. In addition to AI, Shanghai Chuangli Group and Huawei will cooperate in new sensor technologies, communication technologies, and talent training. Based on the results of their collaborative projects, they will jointly expand the market, establish standards for intelligent mining equipment, and develop the national intelligent mining construction market, enhancing the level of intelligence in mines and contributing to improving quality and safety while reducing personnel in coal mines.
