ANA Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Koji Shibata, hereinafter referred to as "ANAHD") and Peach Aviation Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka Prefecture, President: Kazunari Ohashi, hereinafter referred to as "Peach"), partners since the founding, along with First Eastern Aviation Holdings (Headquarters: Hong Kong, Chairman Victor Chu, hereinafter referred to as "FE"), have agreed that ANAHD will acquire the 7% of Peach shares held by FE. As a result, as of today, December 20, ANAHD has acquired all shares of Peach.

As Japan's first LCC, Peach has expanded its business since its establishment in 2011, and after becoming a consolidated subsidiary of ANAHD in 2017, it achieved record-high revenue in the mid-term of fiscal 2024. By introducing the latest Airbus A321LR aircraft and expanding operations such as opening the Osaka (Kansai) to Singapore route on December 4, 2024, it aims to become a "bridge to Asia."
As an increasing number of visitors to Japan is expected in the future, fully acquiring Peach, which is expected to grow as an LCC, will lead to further strengthening of the ANA Group's business portfolio and to growth and profit expansion.

Peach is being utilized by different new customers than the ANA brand, and starting with Peach, the ANA Group will continue to contribute to the increase in inbound visitors aiming for 60 million tourists to Japan, and actively develop demand towards regional revitalization.

ANAHD will leverage the corporate culture and brand strengths that Peach has built so far to support Peach in becoming Asia's leading LCC, while further deepening collaboration and cooperation between Peach and the ANA Group companies, aiming for 'expansion of the airline business domain' and 'further improvement of business viability' to enhance the corporate value of the ANA Group.
