Clé de Peau Beauté La Crème

Limited package design

The package design is inspired by the Chinese painting technique "Hōrōsai". Hōrōsai is a special technique that requires advanced skills among enamel techniques. Western motifs and elements have been incorporated into this design.
When the lid of the cream is opened, motifs that combine auspicious patterns that bring good fortune with jewelry appear.

Limited Package Collaborator Li Peiqing

The artist collaborating this time is Li Peiqing, known globally as a master of enamel techniques. Li has introduced the craftsmanship of the Qing Dynasty into modern art aesthetics and has created designs that fuse Western motifs and elements. The exploration of enamel techniques started due to her grandfather, a famous physician serving the royal family in the late Qing Dynasty, who preferred enamel treasures among the antiques granted by the emperor.
Her works are recognized not only in China but also in America and Europe, and she was appointed as the first 'Cultural and Artistic Ambassador of China and America.' She also won the gold medal at the international competition 'Concours Lepine,' becoming the first Chinese person to achieve this.
