In news, DASHAN EDU announced that on November 14, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary signed a cooperation agreement with Glorious Technology Group Ltd. ("Glorious"), according to which, the group and Glorious will establish a project company dedicated to developing a hybrid social project based on AI Technology, combining real people with their digital avatars. The project company intends to develop and use the world's first AI multimodal social networking platform called "ViVi.AI", gathering top talents in AI, Web3.0, and social platform operation globally.
The company’s Board of Directors believes that this business will inject new vitality into the group's business development. The tentative name of the project company is Zhiyu AI Social Network International Ltd., with an estimated registered capital of 30 million HKD, of which the group will contribute 15.3 million HKD, accounting for 51% of the total equity, while Glorious will contribute 14.7 million HKD, accounting for 49% of the total equity.
