The joint project between Tamairazu Inc. and ANA
The start of the Universal MaaS joint project!
Aiming for the centralization of assistance requests to transportation operators and lodging reservations.
- Tamairazu Inc. and ANA have launched a joint project based on the concept of 'Universal MaaS' aiming for a world where 'no one gives up on mobility.'
- By linking ANA's "Bulk Support Arrangement" service with the "TEMAIRAZU" service provided by Temairazu Inc, a service will be established that allows for the joint request for assistance from transportation providers and the reservation of lodging facilities.
- By allowing customers to inquire about the personal information registered in advance for "Bulk Support Arrangement" and the facility information of "TEMAIRAZU" on a single site, lodging facilities can be arranged according to the customer's disabilities and preferences.

Temairazu Inc (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo) and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato, Tokyo) will start a joint project for the comprehensive mobility service "Universal MaaS" based on universal design. In this "Universal MaaS," the "Bulk Support Arrangement" service was provided to collectively request assistance from transportation providers. With this collaboration, connecting the "TEMAIRAZU" service system will enable joint arrangement of assistance requests from transportation providers such as buses, taxis, railroads, and airlines, as well as lodging facility reservations.
Additionally, by allowing customers to inquire about their own personal information registered in advance for the "Bulk Support Arrangement" and the facility information collected by Temairazu from lodging facilities such as universal rooms on a single site, lodging facilities can be arranged according to the customer's disabilities and preferences.
Regarding this project, the collaboration will progressively advance from lodging providers who have implemented ANA's "Bulk Support Arrangement" service and Temairazu's "TEMAIRAZU" service, conducting a proof of concept to confirm the effectiveness of the service and identify challenges. Efforts will be made to improve customer convenience and reduce the operational burden on lodging providers.
- ■Future Collaboration Schedule (Planned)
- 2024: Collaboration with accommodation facilities that have implemented "comprehensive Resistance arrangements" and "TEMAIRAZU", conducting a barrier-free survey of the facilities* to verify the effectiveness of the services and identify issues through a demonstration experiment.
- *Information on steps from the building entrance to the room, and barrier-free information within the room and shared facilities.
- 2025: Aiming to resolve the identified issues and implement them socially. In addition, to expand the target accommodations, recruitment will begin for accommodations that have not yet implemented "TEMAIRAZU" service.

By eliminating the hassle of people's interactions with things and experiences worldwide, and by creating many encounters and time that enrich society, we are developing and providing a SaaS type reservation management system 'TEMAIRAZU' series for the travel and lodging industry.

- ■Overview of 'TEMAIRAZU' Series System
This is a reservation management system equipped with basic functions for centralized management of pricing and inventory from multiple lodging reservation sites, as well as features like quick retrieval of reservation information and yield management.
By utilizing the 'TEMAIRAZU' series, lodging facilities can control inventory and pricing in bulk, increase revenue, reduce costs, and achieve maximum profit.
