Gelonghui reported on December 19 that Bingshan Refrigeration & Heat Transfer Technologies (000530.SZ) announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets using a simplified procedure for the year 2024. The total amount raised from this issuance will not exceed 0.196 billion yuan, and it is less than 0.3 billion yuan and does not exceed 20% of the company's net assets at the end of the last fiscal year.
After deducting related issuance costs, the net amount raised will be invested as follows: 0.129 billion yuan in the intelligent upgrade project for the scroll compressor production line, 27.5258 million yuan for the scroll compressor research and development platform upgrade project, and 40 million yuan to supplement working capital.
