NWS HOLDINGS (00659) announced that after the Shareholder approved the change of company name at the annual general meeting, according to the certificate of change of name and secondary name certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on November 25, 2024, the company name has been changed from "NWS Holdings Limited" to "CTF Services Limited", and "CHOW TAI FOOK CREATED LIMITED" has been adopted as the secondary Chinese name, all effective from November 22, 2024. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration for the change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on December 6, 2024, confirming the new English and Chinese names of the company registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) Part 16. The previously adopted Chinese name "NWS HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED" for identification purposes is no longer used as the company's Chinese name.

After the change of company name, the English stock short name for shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from "NWS HOLDINGS" to "CTF SERVICES", while the Chinese stock short name will change from "NWS HOLDINGS GROUP" to "CHOW TAI FOOK CREATED", effective from 9:00 AM on January 2, 2025. The stock code for the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged at "00659".
