China Flying Leasing (01848.HK) subsidiary Lion Air in Indonesia has recently opened two direct flight routes to and from China, specifically the regular flights from Jakarta, Indonesia to Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, and from Manado, Indonesia to Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The addition of these two major destinations not only helps to further enhance Lion Air's market share in China and improve its market competitiveness but also provides strong support for economic, trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges between China and Indonesia. This is a testament to Lion Air's active integration into the Belt and Road initiative and its service to national strategy.
Lion Air's fleet currently operates two aircraft types, the China Commercial Aircraft C909 and the Airbus A320, connecting China and Indonesia. After successfully operating international routes to Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru in Malaysia and Singapore, Lion Air has established four routes to and from Chinese cities, namely Jakarta to Guangzhou, Jakarta to Guiyang, Manado to Guangzhou, and Manado to Fuzhou.
