Gelonghui, December 19, 丨 New Creation Group (00659.HK) announced that after shareholders approved the change of company name at the annual shareholders' meeting, the company name has been changed from “NWS Holdings Limited” to “CTF Services Limited” and “CTF Services Limited” as the second Chinese name, according to the name change certificate and second name certificate issued by the Registrar of Bermuda Companies on November 25, 2024, and has adopted “Chow Tai Fu Foundations Limited” as the second Chinese name, all of which will take effect from November 22, 2024. The Registrar of Hong Kong Companies issued a certificate of registration for a change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company on December 6, 2024, confirming the new English and Chinese names of companies registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The Chinese name “New Creation Group Co., Ltd.”, which was previously adopted by the company and is only identifiable, is no longer used as the company's Chinese name.

Following the change of the company name, the English stock abbreviation for shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from “NWS HOLDINGS” to “CTFSERVICES”, while the Chinese stock abbreviation will be changed from “New Creation Group” to “Chow Tai ?$#@$ Creation”, effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 2, 2025. The company's stock code on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange remains unchanged and remains “00659”.
