Auto Manufacturers Stellantis (STLA.US) announced on Wednesday that the launch of the all-electric Ram pickup truck will be further postponed from next year to 2026.
The company stated that the decision to delay the launch of the all-electric model will help prioritize a hybrid electric truck named Ramcharger, which combines a gas engine with electric vehicle technology.
Stellantis stated that the Ramcharger will open for customer Orders in the first half of 2025, followed by the launch of the Ram 1500 REV in 2026.
