On December 18, Gelonghui reported that XJ INTL HLDGS (01765.HK) announced the matters concerning (including) the application for the winding up petition against the company, the application for recognition order, the appointment of a financial advisor, the withdrawal of the winding up petition by the High Court, and the submission of the appeal notice to the High Court Court of Appeal by the petitioner regarding the winding up petition issued by the High Court on August 28, 2024.
