On December 18, Gelonghui reported that AGILE GROUP (03383.HK) announced, effective from the date of this notice, (i) Ms. Yue Yuan has been appointed as an Executive Director and member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Risk Management Committee; (ii) Dr. Zheng Hanjun has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, and has stepped down from the Company’s Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, as well as the Remuneration Committee member and chairman; (iii) Current Independent Non-executive Director Dr. Peng Shuelong has been appointed as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and (iv) with Ms. Yue's appointment as Director, the Company has re-complied with the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Section 13.92.
