本次发行后，发行人在中票计划下已发行票据的本金余额合计20.5亿美元。CITIC Securities (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited, a subsidiary of its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities International, established a subsidiary on March 29, 2022, with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) of overseas medium-term note program (referred to as MTN Program), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
Zhixin Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhixin Securities International's affiliate, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor), established an overseas medium-term note program with a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by Zhixin Securities International.
On December 17, 2024, the issuer issued a note under the medium-term note program, with an issuance amount of 20 million USD.
After this issuance, the total principal balance of the notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program amounts to 2.05 billion USD.
