Hamamatsu Photonics has been certified as a "Kurumin Plus" company by the Shizuoka Labor Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for implementing a vacation system for infertility treatment and conducting training to promote understanding, in addition to being recognized as a "Kurumin" certified company for its support of parenting.

Hamamatsu Photonics is advancing measures to achieve a labor environment where "all employees can feel happiness in their work" while balancing family circumstances such as child-rearing and nursing care with job satisfaction.
