("Heilongjiang Company") signed the "Guarantee Contract" or "Maximum Guarantee Contract" (collectively referred to as the "Guarantee Contracts") with the Jixi Yongchang Branch of Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Co., Ltd., the Harbin Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., and Datang Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. Heilongjiang Company provides joint liability guarantees for Jixi Thermal Power Company’s application for loans totaling 0.204 billion yuan from the above three Institutions, with the guarantee amount not exceeding 0.199 billion yuan, and the proportion of the guarantee to the total loan amount not exceeding the equity ratio of 97.38%.

On December 18, 2024, Heilongjiang Company signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Harbin Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., and provided joint liability guarantees for Shuangyashan Thermal Power Company’s application for a loan of 0.05 billion yuan from Pudong Development Bank, with the guarantee amount not exceeding 0.048 billion yuan, and the proportion of the guarantee to the total loan amount not exceeding the equity ratio of 96.37%.

Datang Jixi Thermal Power Co., Ltd. ("Jixi Thermal Power Company") and Datang Shuangyashan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. ("Shuangyashan Thermal Power Company") are subsidiaries controlled by Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. ("the Company" or "this Company").

The total amount of this guarantee does not exceed 0.247 billion yuan (RMB, the same below); as of the date of this announcement, the actual guarantee balance provided by the Company for Jixi Thermal Power Company is 0 billion yuan, and the actual guarantee balance provided by the Company for Shuangyashan Thermal Power Company is 0.053 billion yuan.
