Today's growth market shows that both the TSE Growth Market Index and the TSE Growth Market 250 Index rebounded together, with the number of stocks rising at 251 and falling at 308, while 38 stayed unchanged.

Today's growth market experienced a heavy upper limit. On the previous day, the Dow Inc in the US market fell for the ninth consecutive day. The retail sales for November announced in the morning exceeded market Financial Estimates, and while the view that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates at the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) remains unchanged, the outlook for a slower rate of interest rate cuts next year was established. Ahead of the FOMC, the uncertainty in monetary policy weighed heavily, and both the Dow Inc and Nasdaq remained weak throughout the day.

As major stock indices fell in the US market, the TSE Growth Market Index started lower. However, after a morning of buying back, it rose into positive territory and briefly widened its gains to 822 points. Once buying subsided, the price movements became lackluster and the gains narrowed. After that, while staying in positive territory, the gains were limited and trading closed. With the upcoming meetings to decide the monetary policies of Japan and the USA, trading was subdued, potentially leading to selective buying in the Emerging Markets. However, large market cap stocks showed mixed strength, with the index showing limited price movement.

On an individual basis, Yume Tenbou <3185>, which achieved over 300% revenue in the China area compared to June-September 2024 due to event participation, saw a 39% increase and hit the upper limit, topping the list of gainers. Also, Ondec <7360>, which benefited from a major contract contributing to an upward revision of its financial results for the fiscal year ending November 2024, hit the upper limit with a 16% increase. Meanwhile, Stem Cell Research Institute <7096>, which announced a share buyback of up to 0.19 million shares (0.2 billion yen), increased by 13%. Among large market cap stocks, GNI Group <2160> and Trial <141A> showed solid performance, with Linxers <5131>, Soft Front <2321>, and Tripla <5136> appearing among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Reskill <291A>, which went public yesterday, saw a predominant sell-off, falling by 14%. The significantly rising POPER <5134> from the previous day faced profit-taking selling and depreciated by 12%. In addition, SBI Reos Hifumi <165A>, which announced a sale of 2 million shares outside the market, declined by 6%. Among large market cap stocks, Free <4478> and LifeNet <7157> showed weak trends, with Quolips <4894>, Bank of Innovation <4393>, and Generation Pass <3195> appearing among the top losers.
