Prodilight <5580> announced on the 17th that it will revamp the website for its service "Telful powered by INNOVERA," which shuts out annoying calls while balancing customer support and operational efficiency, and plans to expand the service, as well as revise the monthly usage fee.

The newly reopened website features a cute character named "Telful-kun" and has transformed the previously BtoB-oriented design into a more approachable image. In the future, new features are expected to be released, starting with the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.
