The newly reopened website features a cute character named "Telful-kun" and has transformed the previously BtoB-oriented design into a more approachable image. In the future, new features are expected to be released, starting with the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.
Telful takes calls only from numbers that want to be contacted, while first-time callers and unwanted numbers are handled by an automated voice system, with details confirmed via text messages. This telephone system reduces the burden of phone operations without compromising call quality, thus achieving operational efficiency.
