ZHEJIANGEXPRESS (00576.HK) announced that the interim Shareholder meeting has reviewed and approved Yongcheng Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) and Ernst & Young respectively as the company's auditors for China and Hong Kong, with their terms starting from the conclusion of the interim Shareholder meeting until the conclusion of the company's next annual Shareholder meeting.

In addition, Tianjian Accounting Firm and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Guanhong Chen Fang Accounting Firm, have respectively resigned as the company's auditors for China and Hong Kong after the conclusion of the interim Shareholder meeting. (js/w)
