On December 17, Gelonghui reported that Digital China Information Service Group (000555.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Peking Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Digital China System Integration Service Co., Ltd., and Peking Cloud Core Network Technology Co., Ltd., recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" issued jointly by the Peking Science and Technology Commission, the Peking Finance Bureau, and the National Taxation Bureau of Peking. The certificate numbers are: GR202411000147, GR202411000473, GR202411003491, with the issuance date all being October 29, 2024, and valid for three years. This is a re-certification after the expiration of the high-tech enterprise certificates held by the Digital China company, the system integration company, and the Peking Cloud Core company. According to the national tax preferential policies for high-tech enterprises, the Digital China company, the system integration company, and the Peking Cloud Core company may continue to enjoy the relevant national tax preferential policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years after obtaining the high-tech enterprise certification.
