According to Zhito Finance APP, UNI MEDICAL (02666) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Global Leasing Co., Ltd. intends to issue domestic medium-term notes in China with a total principal amount of up to 0.5 billion RMB for the second phase of 2024 ("the notes").

The notes were issued in China on December 16, 2024, with an actual issuance amount of 0.5 billion RMB. The notes will mature in 3 years from December 17, 2024, with a fixed interest rate of 2.13%, and the issuance price is 100 RMB per note, equivalent to 100% of the face value of the notes.
