On December 17, Gelonghui reported that YANCOAL AUS (03668.HK) announced that Geoffrey William Raby would resign from his position as independent non-executive Director of YANCOAL AUS, as well as from the positions of Chairman of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Community Committee, and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Strategic and Development Committee, effective from December 17, 2024.

In addition, Peter Smith has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, effective from December 17, 2024. Mr. Smith will also be appointed as Chairman of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Community Committee and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
