Mitsubishi Chemical Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Group") has decided to transfer part of the real estate leasing and management business of Dialyx Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Dialyx") along with the related Shareholding real estate to Japan Escon Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Japan Escon").
