According to the Zhixin Financial APP, I-CABLE COMM (01097) announced that on December 16, 2024, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, the Cable Television, signed an IPv4 purchase agreement with the buyer and the trust agent. The Cable Television will sell and the buyer will purchase number resources, with a total price of 2.0972 million USD (equivalent to approximately 16.358 million HKD).

The group has IP address inventory for its daily Business use. Some of the IP addresses have been inactive for a period. Through the sale transaction, the group has the opportunity to monetize its unused number resources, and the obtained resources can be used as general working capital for the group.
