According to Zhitong Finance APP, on December 16, the Board of Directors of ENVISION GREEN (01783) announced that after the close of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 13, 2024, ENVISION GREEN entered into subscription agreements with CMB International Global Products Limited and Vision Capital Limited, where the two subscribers subscribed for 8.22 million shares and 13.333 million shares respectively, totaling 21.553 million shares. The subscription price per share is HKD 6.00, slightly below 9.94% compared to the average closing price of the last five trading days as of the date of the agreement. The above subscription will be completed after approval from the Board of Directors and the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange.

From May 29, 2024, ENVISION GREEN has signed a lease agreement with the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the T2 and T3 sites of the Tuen Mun Eco-friendly Concept Park, covering an area of approximately 9,420 square meters, with a lease term of 20 years, specifically for the Operation of retired Battery processing Business. A Battery processing facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Eco-friendly Concept Park Project") is currently being commissioned for construction at that site.

The shares being subscribed in this round represent about 1.61% of the total issued shares as of December 16, and about 1.58% of the total issued shares after the placement and issuance of the subscribed shares. ENVISION GREEN expects the total amount raised from the subscription to be approximately HKD 0.1293 billion, with a net amount of about HKD 0.1292 billion after deducting all professional fees and related expenses, intended for the Eco-friendly Concept Park Project, renovations, maintenance, reconstruction, and expansion projects, as well as general working capital.

The subscription indicates investors' support for the Eco-friendly Concept Park Project of ENVISION GREEN and confidence in the company's long-term development and prospects.
