HAITIAN INT'L (01882) announced that on December 16, 2024 (after the trading period), Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery (as the seller) will establish a machinery and equipment purchase agreement with the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary HAITIAN PLASTIC MACHINERY (as the buyer).
According to the agreement, Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery agrees to sell, and HAITIAN PLASTIC MACHINERY agrees to purchase automatic processing lines, CNC lathes, machining centers, and related equipment manufactured by Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery, with a total price of approximately RMB 0.2065 billion.
