FW FASHION INT (02528.HK) announced the introduction of the Mainland lightweight outdoor brand "Jiao Xia" in the Hong Kong and Macau markets, and opened the first store in Times Square, Causeway Bay; as well as opening two stores in Praça de Sergio, Macau and the City of Dreams.

FW FASHION INT's CEO Chen Xingyi stated that the "Jiao Xia" brand is positioned as lightweight and suitable for young people and the general public. As for the brands previously introduced by the group, which usually belong to the affordable luxury level, they are seeking brands that offer better cost-effectiveness and meet general needs due to the current consumer downgrading situation.

Chen Xingyi believes that the newly introduced brand will broaden the group's membership base and will help to refresh the overall member structure, as future business needs the support of young people. She revealed that currently the "Jiao Xia" brand has a total of 7 stores in Mainland China, counting the new stores in Hong Kong and Macau, there are a total of 10 stores in the Chinese market.

FW FASHION INT Executive Director Fan Lijun added that the first store of "Jiao Xia" in Hong Kong has been in trial operation for about two weeks, and most customers' awareness and repurchase rate of the brand are higher than expected, with some customers repurchasing products three times within two weeks.

At the meeting, a media representative inquired about the views on the local Retail Trade. FW FASHION INT's founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Fan Rongting responded that although the global situation and economy are unstable, Hong Kong has a highly concentrated population, therefore, there will still be business opportunities in the Retail Trade, and the outlook for the industry is positive.
