Huachuang Securities pointed out that from the business characteristics perspective, dining is relatively optional and is strongly correlated with current resident income and future expectations, positioned in the mid-to-late stage of the improvement transmission chain. Objectively speaking, the current operational pressure in the industry remains significant. The firm noted that dining, as the core industry of service consumption, has a market capacity close to 5 trillion yuan, making it one of the key points to leverage the multiplier effect and drive consumer improvement. The support of subsequent policies is expected to increase, and next year, under a low base, gradual stabilization and recovery are anticipated.
