Three Machine Service---Revisions to the Shareholder preferential treatment system.

Fisco Japan ·  Dec 16, 2024 12:13

Three Machine Service <6044> announced the revision of the shareholder preferential treatment system on the 13th, following a resolution made in the board meeting held on the same day.

The purpose of this revision is to make the preferential treatment content more attractive by introducing a preferential system for long-term Shareholding, supported by many shareholders over a long period.

Previously, shareholders holding 100 or more shares of the company's Stocks, regardless of the holding period, were given a QUO card worth 1,000 yen; however, this time two revisions have been made. The changes are: (1) Additional categories based on the number of held Stocks (new categories for 200 shares or more but less than 500 shares, and 500 shares or more, making a total of three categories), and (2) Long-term holding privileges (dividing the holding period for preferential treatment into three categories: less than 1 year, 1 year to less than 3 years, and 3 years or more, with the preferential amount increasing according to the holding period). It is believed that this revision will allow shareholders to hold the company's Stocks for a longer term.

This will start for shareholders listed or recorded in the company's shareholder register as of May 31, 2026. For Stocks already held, the number of holdings and holding period will be applied retroactively from the acquisition date. Shareholders eligible as of May 31, 2025, will receive a QUO card worth 1,000 yen in accordance with the current system.
