Citibank released a research report stating that PRADA (01913.HK) had a total revenue net increase of 17% year-on-year for the first three quarters when calculated at fixed Exchange Rates, which could drive a 20% growth in EBIT and earnings per share this year, improving profit margin prospects for the second half of the year. However, business growth mainly came from Miu Miu, while the growth rate of the Prada brand further slowed down.
Citibank raised its sales, EBIT, and earnings per share estimates for PRADA for the fiscal year 2024 by 1%, 2%, and 2% respectively, adjusted the forecasts for 2025 upward by 1%, 2%, and 3%, and the forecasts for 2026 increased by 1%, 2%, and 3% respectively, with the corresponding Target Price adjusted from 64.3 yuan to 68 yuan, maintaining a "neutral" rating.
