HANS ENERGY (00554.HK) announced that the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has issued a certificate of incorporation on November 26 this year, regarding the company's English name change from "Hans Energy Company Limited" to "Hans Group Holdings Limited", and adopting "漢思集團控股有限公司" as its new dual foreign name to replace its existing Chinese name "漢思能源有限公司".
According to the certificate, the company's name was changed through a special resolution dated November 21 this year. The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration of the change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on December 10 this year.
In addition, HANS ENERGY's English stock abbreviation will change from "HANS ENERGY" to "HANS GP HLDGS", and the company's Chinese stock abbreviation will change from "漢思能源" to "漢思集團控股", effective from this Wednesday (18th) at 9:00 AM for trading of the company's securities on the stock exchange. The company's stock code on the exchange remains unchanged, still "00554".
