According to the Zhito Finance APP, CA CULTURAL (01566) announced that on November 20, 2024, and November 21, 2024, personnel from the Independent Commission Against Corruption visited the company's main business location in Hong Kong to execute a search warrant regarding several alleged violations of Hong Kong laws including Chapter 201 on the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance and Chapter 200 on the Criminal Offences Ordinance.

As far as the company is aware, the ICAC personnel did not search the Group's other properties, nor were any Directors or employees from the Group's member companies arrested by the ICAC.

Aside from what is mentioned above, as of the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors is not aware of any other insider information that must be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

The company's shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on November 21, 2024, and since the company needs time to assess whether the ICAC's investigation will have any impact on the Group's Business and operations, the suspension will continue pending further announcement.
