Lighters are classified as Class 2.1 flammable dangerous goods, and the country has strict regulations on their transportation and storage. In the past, lighter export routes mainly relied on automobile transportation to the Yangtze River Delta region and then export by sea. There were problems such as long detours, high costs, and long time. According to estimates, when lighters are exported to Southeast Asian countries via Beibu Gulf Port, the land transportation mileage has been reduced by more than 400 kilometers, the integrated logistics cost of a single container has been reduced by more than 7%, and the entire process time has been shortened by about 7 days.
