On December 13, 2023, CRYPTO (01210.HK) announced that on December 13, 2024, the company received a letter from the stock exchange informing the company that the last listing date for its shares would be December 24, 2024 ("Last Listing Date"), and the listing status of the shares will be revoked starting from 9 a.m. on December 27, 2024.

All shareholders and investors are advised that after the last listing date, although the stocks remain valid, they will not be listed on the stock exchange and cannot be traded on the stock exchange. Thereafter, the company will no longer be bound by the Listing Rules. Trading will continue to be suspended.
