Umirlink ＜4372＞ announced on the 12th that ITOCHU Techno Solutions (hereafter, CTC), KTK Solutions, and its three companies have provided the personal marketing email distribution service “Cuenote FC (Cuenote FC)” to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.

It supports the strengthening of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank's non-face-to-face channels with an email distribution service that serves as a direct means of communication to individual customers.

While developing various digital businesses, the Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ is focusing on particularly effective email distribution as a direct means of communication to individual customers, and has been considering expanding the number of email distributions from the past.

“Cuenote FC” is a high-speed email distribution service provided by Ymirlink, has a distribution performance of 10 million messages per hour, and has a monthly distribution record of 8.1 billion messages.

Based on “Cuenote FC,” CTC developed a linkage function with a push distribution system that can directly notify a customer's smartphone, a link function with a customer management system, an email creation screen that is intuitively easy to use, etc., and incorporated it as a service unique to this project. Also, while maintaining the ease of use of the old mail distribution system, the number of monthly mail distributions has been expanded from the conventional 60 million cases to 0.2 billion cases so that information matching the characteristics of each customer can be provided at an accurate timing.

In the future, the three companies will expand functions, starting with customer behavior analysis, in connection with email distribution services, and propose promotion of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank's digital strategy.
