On the 12th, Lib Work <1431> announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Teijin <3401> to expand wooden Residential buildings that achieve large spaces.
Teijin has developed high-performance fiber-reinforced laminated wood called "LIVELY WOOD" that combines domestic timber and Carbon Fiber. The company aims to contribute to a rich life and the happiness of the Region through sustainable housing, while also considering the global environment.
As the first step of the partnership, Teijin will begin selling the wooden Residential series "LIVELY VILLA" that it planned and designed from January 2025. Teijin will plan and design new housing using its building materials and licenses. The company will leverage its platform business already established for housing companies and contractors nationwide for licensing sales to expand the sales of the houses planned and designed by Teijin. Both companies will enhance the brand value of "LIVELY VILLA" by understanding customer needs and conducting optimal promotion activities. They also aim to sell a cumulative total of 1,000 units of the series by 2030 by advancing cooperation with domestic contractors and housing manufacturers. Through this initiative, both companies aim to utilize forest resources and realize a rich life for people.
