TSUI WAH HLDG (01314.HK) reopens its flagship branch in Central after four years, located at 1 Wellington Street, Gengwei Plaza, ground level, covering an area of approximately 5,0**** feet. According to investor Li Genxing, the current monthly rent for the space is about 0.35 million HKD. The original flagship store of TSUI WAH was also located on Wellington Street, consisting of a four-story flagship store with an area of over 8,000 square feet, which opened in 1998, and at its peak, the monthly rent reached 2.3 million HKD.

According to the group's official website, TSUI WAH Restaurants currently have 7 branches in Hong Kong, located at the Hong Kong port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the airport, Tseung Kwan O, Causeway Bay, To Kwa Wan, and Shau Kei Wan. Additionally, the Tung Chung Fudong store is undergoing renovations.
