WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric P. Etchart as non-executive chairman of the board of directors, effective today. Mr. Etchart succeeds Gregory A. Sandfort as chairman, who retired from the board following today's 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
