("Jiang Copper Group") that Jiang Copper Group increased its shareholding in the company's Listed in Hong Kong shares ("Listed in Hong Kong") by 0.714 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.02% of the company's total issued share capital ("this shareholding increase").

Following this shareholding increase, Jiang Copper Group plans to continue to increase its Listed in Hong Kong shares ("subsequent shareholding plan").

(1) Purpose of the shareholding increase: Based on recognition of the company's value and confidence in its future sustainable development, the goal is to convey positive information to the market and boost investor confidence.

(2) Types of shares intended for subsequent increase: unrestricted tradable Listed in Hong Kong shares.
