1. The registered amount for the company's medium-term notes is 1 billion yuan, and the registration validity is effective for 2 years from the date of the "Acceptance of Registration Notice" (i.e., December 10, 2024), with Bank Of Communications Co., Ltd. as the lead underwriter.
