Greentown Biology - B (02480.HK) announced that in September and December, the group entered into financing agreements with commercial banks in China to allocate capital needs. On September 13, the company signed a working capital loan agreement with the Peking Branch of Shanghai Kechuang Bank for a revolving loan of no more than 70 million yuan (the same below), for a term of three years; and on December 12, it entered into a syndicate loan agreement with the Zhuhai Jinwan Branch of the Agricultural Bank Of China and the Zhuhai Branch of the Bank Of Communications for a loan of no more than 0.3 billion yuan, for a term of five years.

Together with the group's bank financing of 0.2 billion yuan obtained from the Daxing Branch of the Bank Of Beijing in January, the group has currently secured a total bank financing amount of no more than 0.57 billion yuan.
