According to Glonghui on December 12, 3peak Incorporated (688536.SH) announced the recent release of a new product, ASN (Automotive Sensor Network) automotive sensor network transceiver. ASN is a high-reliability, long-distance, on-board, lossless audio bus chip, applied in the Asia Vets audio system, addressing numerous challenges such as cable weight, cable cost, wiring difficulties, and multiple connection reliability, characterized by point-to-point analog connections. It enables advanced audio and acoustic applications in the automotive field, including audio ECU, active noise reduction, road noise reduction, audio partitioning, emergency call eCall, etc., achieving echo cancellation and active noise cancellation (ANC) functions in conjunction with microphones and amplifiers; by using fewer cables to reduce system and cable costs, weight, complexity, etc., subsequently lowering the vehicle's weight and enhancing the range. Meanwhile, ASN is also applicable to conferencing and teaching systems, providing flexible and efficient audio solutions.
The ASN released by the company this time adopts high-speed, high-discharge capacity SCRES D device design, optimal power consumption high-speed transceiver design, encoding methods, low-noise clock recovery optimization, high voltage Power Over Cable (referred to as POC) design, and initialization process management technologies, boasting good performance and reliability. ASN can support 12 levels of microphone cascading and has good bus power supply capability. While supporting a speed of 49.152 Mbps, ASN product initialization is fast, using parallel discovery, single configuration, and single scheduling wait. ASN products have cable diagnostics and debugging functions, such as using node return technology and open circuit fault point location technology, making it convenient for customers to conduct technical maintenance work.
