A CATHAY PAC AIR spokesperson stated that the company is in a record training phase, with over 600 pilots completing command or co-pilot upgrade training in the past 18 months, and noted that CATHAY PAC AIR pilots' compensation is very attractive and competitive, with more than 330 former CATHAY PAC AIR pilots rejoining the fleet. The spokesperson revealed that the company's resignation rate this year is 2.9%, the lowest level since 2019. Relevant data indicates that starting from the end of January next year, CATHAY PAC AIR will achieve 100% flight capacity pre-pandemic.
