ZHENGYE INT'L (03363.HK) announced that Hu Zheng resigned as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective from yesterday (the 11th), but will continue to serve as the company's Executive Director and Chairman. After Hu Zheng's resignation, Hu Jianpeng has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer.

In addition, Hu Hancheng has been transferred from the company's Co-Chairman to the Vice Chairman, also effective from yesterday. (js/w)
