According to Zhito Finance APP, MOG DIGITECH (01942) announced that on December 11, 2024, the company plans to issue around 0.212 billion subscription shares to Valiant Warrior Limited at a subscription price of HKD 0.99 per share, which is approximately a 15.38% discount compared to the closing price of HKD 1.17 per share reported on December 11, 2024, on the Stock Exchange.
The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HKD 0.21 billion, of which about 71.47% will be used to inject capital into the group's existing financing services business; approximately 23.82% will be used to inject capital into the recently acquired lending business; and about 4.71% will be allocated for general operational expenses and general corporate purposes.
